Links for the projects can be found at:

If you want to create these yourself you still have time to put in an online order for this 'All Wrapped Up' bundle through my online store ($100.45 wood, $96.45 clear*) and this would also entitle you to one FREE product from the Sale-a-Bration brochure which finishes Monday, 31 March 2014.

*clear-mount blocks sold separately, block G (#118489) is recommended

This seems like a cool class project to me! What do you think?

YOU + US + 26 March = AWESOME!

I have reposted this information because I have just taken part in the 5:00 PM live stream event and it was awesome! Although I haven't made any of the items, yet!, as it is too difficult to do in the time and while watching and commenting on the presentation.

There was lots of great ideas, tips and ways of getting the most out of the All Wrapped Up Bundle...lots of ways of altering box sizes and beautiful tags and belly band ideas!

It was also exciting because I actually WON a prize for participating. So if you have time tonight at either 7:00 PM or 10:00 PM then go and join in the fun. I didn't manage to get it working on my tv but watched it all on my laptop, which was also easier for commenting etc.

Have you ever wished you could stamp with the folks at Stampin' Up!'s home office? Your wish is granted---and your opportunity is coming soon! Here's the basic rundown.

Who: You! Anyone who wants to play along can.

What: This is a live, streaming event where we will stamp with the All Wrapped Up Bundle on page 6 of the Sale-A-Bration brochure. Order the bundle (one for each person who will be attending) in time to have it at the event. [I can help you with this if you are not one of my Online Customers] Our projects will also feature the Sweet Sorbet Designer Series Paper, so you may want to order that as the FREE Sale-A-Bration product. Then choose your preferred device--computer, tablet, smart phone or even hook up your computer to your TV*--and tune in to learn some fun new things to do with the bundle!

When: 26 March 2014, at 5:00 PM, 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM (all times listed are AEDT). We'll demonstrate the same projects each time, so choose the one that's best for you.

Where: You don't even have to leave home. Come to at your chosen time and be prepared to stamp! We'll also award door prizes to random participants.

Why: So many occasions are coming---Easter, Mother's Day and more---and we want to help you be ready.

Hope you can make it. We'd love to have you join us!

*Never hooked up your computer to a TV before? Do a search on YouTube and you'll find loads of instructional videos. Make sure to do a practice run before 26 March so you don't miss out on any of the party.

Awesome weekend!

Not long home but I wanted to share quickly about the awesome weekend I just shared with my friend Sarah Langfeldt. We travelled up to Smithton (NW of Tassie) to attend a scrapbooking retreat organised by my friend Tania Brown, thanks so much Tania!

We both had Friday off work so of course we left early and visited several scrapbooking shops along the way, arriving at camp Riverbend a little after most of the others, and got busy scrapping. We continued this through late into the night, all day Saturday, again late into the night and then this morning.

Here is the layout I did in Tania's scrapbooking class, although I changed the papers due to the photos I chose, but I did keep to her layout design and most of the embelishments...

Here is one of the layouts I did when I continued on with my daughter's NZ album...

Photos are not the best but I think they show what I wanted to share. Unfortunately, I have not yet taken a photo of the cards we made from the card class. Maybe later in the week.

Anyone, it was a great weekend and we hope we can join in with them again next year! Thanks again Tania for inviting us and organising such a fun event.

Off to bed now as I need to catch up on my sleep. Night!

Just Add Ink #207 - Sketch Challenge

By the time many of you read this I will (or should be) choofing off up to the North West of our little island of a scrapbooking retreat! My friend Sarah will be coming with me and we will be hitting a couple of the scrapbooking outlets on the way up!

I am not sure how much scrapbooking I am going to get done as my DD forgot to get the NZ photos printed that I needed to complete her album of her trip in Grade 9, a few years back. As you can see I am truly organised in this area, NOT! Not only did I leave it to the last week to sort out what I needed but also I have taken this long to get it done. Maybe a weekend of digital scrapbooking on MDS is in order!

Anyway, on to the real reason for the post our latest Just Add Ink challenge and it is a sketch put together by the lovely Kim. Here is the sketch...

Now for my card based on the sketch above using some of the beautiful Etcetera DSP...

Again, I even decorated the inside of my card with a little bit of the same DSP...

Thanks for stopping by and don't forget to pop on over to the JAI blog to see the other DTs take on this sketch. Gather some inspiration and join in our challenge for this week and don't forget to upload your project with Mr Linky and share it with all of us.

Have a great weekend, I intend to.

Customer Thank You Cards

I needed a few thank you cards for some special customers of mine so using the Note Cards & Envelopes (#131527, $9.95), some of the lovely DSP available in our current Sale-A-Bration promotion (Sweet Sorbet, FREE with a $90 order), a background stamp (Dictionary #130351, $24.95 C or $30.95 W #130348) and a little retired flower stamp from the set You Are Loved, plus, of course a 'thank you' stamp from Express Yourself (Hostess set only)....a batch was quickly put together. Oh, and I used a couple of Stampin' Write Markers (2013-2015 In Color #131260) that matched the colours in the DSP - Crisp Cantaloupe and Pistachio Pudding, as well as a little of offcuts of cardstock that I had in my SU! stash!

As you will see, even though I was making a thank you card for different customers, I still could not create exactly the same card. The design was the same but each of the cards are different which allowed me to use up pieces of paper I already had cut and leftover from other projects.

How often do you make exactly the same card more than once?

Tina has given us a bright and cheery challenge this week over at Just Add Ink! She has suggested we...
