Stamping Sisters September Tutorial and Blog Hop - Rainbow Colours!

Hello and welcome to our Stamping Sisters September Blog Hop and Tutorial Bundle launch. I wasn't able to join in last month's blog hop due to personal reasons, but I am back now, although still struggling to find the time to create and share much here on my blog and social media platforms.

This month's theme is Rainbows of Colour (and I just spotted one out my window as I was typing this!) and we have five tutorials for you and that many blogs to hop around! If you have come from the lovely Cazz's blog (Carolyn Boylan) then welcome! If not, start here and continue around the five Stamping Sisters bogs.

I think we can all use some rainbows in our lives as they usually inspire hope, luck and often new beginnings. I know I can use some beautiful rainbow colours in my life right now and they definitely added some cheeriness to my projects. I hope we can inspire you too with our projects showcasing a rainbow of colours!

Let's Hop!

My blog hop project features the same Emboss Resist background of rainbow colours as the project in my tutorial.

The card base is a bright and cheery Mango Melody and I have a banner of Rainbow Glimmer Paper to mount my 'Cue the Confetti' greeting. The greeting was stamped in Versmark and embossed with white and then fussy cut out and popped up on some Stampin' Dimensionals.

To continue the theme of confetti and to add some "bling", I added a few randomly placed Blue Adhesive-backed Gems.

Here is another sneak peak at my tutorial project before you hop along to the next blog. I had fun using my new Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine for the first time on this project and our Foam Backed Adhesive Sheets to make my greeting stand up off the card front.

Now hop on over the fabulous Ellen's blog for more rainbow inspiration!

If you get lost along the way, the order of our blog hop is as follows - Mae Collins (that's me!), Ellen Woodbridge, Di Barnes, Chloe Evans and Carolyn Boylan.

Mae I really love how effective this card is. I took a look at the tutorial to see what you've used to make it and I've now added a few things to my next order. Thanks for enabling ;-)
